Women entrepreneurs can face many challenges on their path to success, including gender-based prejudices and stereotypes that hinder their access to financing and growth opportunities. Additionally, many of them must balance their professional and family responsibilities. However, more and more of them are taking the initiative and starting their own businesses.

The progress made in the field of equal opportunities has led to more women being able to do business and has increased the diversity of the business world. Female entrepreneurs have also proven to be an important economic force that promotes growth in different sectors.

We focused on promoting female entrepreneurship by spreading awareness of this motivator, which has been supporting and making visible their talent and ideas during 12 editions.

With a striking and diverse colour palette, the campaign conveys a direct message to women entrepreneurs, showing them on their way to achieving their goals.

Together, these elements created a dynamic and motivating campaign that seeks to encourage women to achieve success in the world of entrepreneurship.

In the different executions, we emphasize the value of effort and perseverance needed to achieve the success of each project. Thus, the typographic staircase is a visual representation of the challenge and an expression of the support and projection.

Although female entrepreneurs face unique challenges, they also have many opportunities to succeed and make a difference in the business world. By using a visual message and speaking in the present tense, we showed that leaders with their projects not only chart their own path, but also represent new female role models that inspire current and future generations.
